§ 143B‑273.3. Goals of community‑based corrections programs funded under this Article.

The goals of community‑based programs funded under this Articleinclude:

(1) To reduce recidivism;

(2) To reduce the number of probation revocations;

(3) To reduce alcoholism and other drug dependencies amongoffenders; and
