§ 143B‑30.4. Evidence.

Evidence of the Commission's failure to object to and delay the filingof a rule or its part shall be inadmissible in all civil or criminal trials orother proceedings before courts, administrative agencies, or other tribunals. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 1028, s. 32.)
