§ 143B‑426.19. Purchase of supplies, material and equipment.

All the provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutesrelating to the purchase of supplies, material and equipment by the Stategovernment are applicable to the North Carolina Agency for PublicTelecommunications. (1979, c. 900, s.1.)
