§ 143‑143.5.  Access to toilets in shoppingmalls.

Notwithstanding any other law or rule, a horizontal travel distance of300 feet for access to public use toilets in covered mall buildings shall beallowed. (2004‑199, s. 37(a);2005‑289, s. 2.)
