§ 143‑215.80. Confidential information.

Any information relating to a secret process, device or method ofmanufacturing or production discovered or obtained in the course of aninspection, investigation, project or activity conducted pursuant to this Articleshall not be revealed except as may be required by law or lawful order orprocess.
