§ 143‑269.  Depositof funds by State Treasurer.

The State Treasurer shall receive all funds delivered to him under thisArticle and shall deposit the same in a special fund for the account of theboard or agency whose affairs are being liquidated, to be held and applied ashereinafter provided. (1949, c. 740, s. 3.)
