§15A‑272.  Time of application; additional investigative procedures notprecluded.

A request for a nontestimonialidentification order may be made prior to the arrest of a suspect or afterarrest and prior to trial. Nothing in this Article shall preclude suchadditional investigative procedures as are otherwise permitted by law. (1973,c. 1286, s. 1.)
