Ā§ 15A‑762.Ā  Meaning of"appropriate court."

The phrase "appropriatecourt" as used in the Agreement onĀ  Detainers shall, with reference to thecourts of this State, mean court of record with criminal jurisdiction. (1965,c. 295, s. 2; 1973, c. 1286, s. 22.)
