§15A‑841.  Incompetent victim's rights exercised.

When a victim is mentally orphysically incompetent or when the victim is a minor, the victim's rights underthis Article, other than the rights provided by G.S. 15A‑834, may beexercised by the victim's next of kin or legal guardian. (1998‑212,s. 19.4(c).)
