§ 15B‑37.  Evasiveaction void.

Any action taken by anoffender, whether by way of execution of a power of attorney, creation ofcorporate entities, or otherwise, to defeat the purpose of this Article shallbe void as against the public policy of this State. (2004‑159, s. 2.)
