§ 153A‑53.  Ethics.

(a) The board ofcommissioners shall adopt a resolution or policy containing a code of ethics,as required by G.S. 160A‑83.

(b) All members of theboard of commissioners, whether elected or appointed, shall receive the ethicseducation required by G.S. 160A‑84.  (2009‑403, s. 4.)
