§ 160A‑458.1. Floodway regulations.

Any city may enact and enforce floodway regulation ordinances asauthorized by Part 6 of Article 21 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes, andin such enactment and enforcement shall comply with all applicable provisionsof Part 6. (1979, 2nd Sess.,c. 1247, s. 39.)
