§ 160A‑458. Erosion and sedimentation control.

Any city may enact and enforce erosion and sedimentation controlordinances as authorized by Article 4 of Chapter 113A of the General Statutes,and in such enactment and enforcement shall comply with all applicableprovisions of Article 4. (1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1247, s. 39.)
