§ 160B‑2.3.  Ethics.

(a) The governing boardshall adopt a resolution or policy containing a code of ethics, as required byG.S. 160A‑86.

(b) All members of thegoverning board, whether elected or appointed, shall receive the ethicseducation required by G.S. 160A‑87.  (2009‑403, s. 5.)
