§25‑9‑302.  Law governing perfection and priority of agriculturalliens.

While farm products arelocated in a jurisdiction, the local law of that jurisdiction governsperfection, the effect of perfection or nonperfection, and the priority of anagricultural lien on the farm products. (2000‑169, s. 1.)
