§ 32A‑27.  Health carepowers of attorney executed in other jurisdictions.

Notwithstanding G.S. 32A‑16(3),a health care power of attorney or similar document executed in a jurisdictionother than North Carolina shall be valid as a health care power of attorney inthis State if it appears to have been executed in accordance with theapplicable requirements of that jurisdiction or of this State.
