§34‑6.  Certificate of Director prima facie evidence of necessity forappointment of guardian of minor.

Where a petition is filed forthe appointment of a guardian of a minor ward a certificate of the Director, orhis representative,  setting forth the age of such minor as shown by therecords of the Bureau and the fact that the appointment of a guardian is acondition precedent to the payment of any moneys due the minor by the Bureau,shall be prima facie evidence of the necessity of such appointment.
