Duties and Powers ofTrustee.

§ 36C‑8‑801.  Dutyto administer trust.

Upon acceptance of atrusteeship, a trustee shall administer the trust in good faith, in accordancewith its terms and purposes and the interests of the beneficiaries, and in accordancewith this Chapter. (2005‑192,s. 2.)
