§ 41‑45.  Effect ofregistration in beneficiary form.

The designation of a TODbeneficiary on a registration in beneficiary form has no effect on ownership ofthe security until the owner's death. A registration of a security inbeneficiary form may be cancelled or changed at any time by the sole owner orall then‑surviving owners, without the consent of the beneficiary. (2005‑411, s. 1.)
