Ā§47A‑18.Ā  Bylaws; annexed to declaration; amendments.

The administration of everyproperty shall be governed by bylaws, a true copy of which shall be annexed tothe declaration. No modification of or amendment to the bylaws shall be valid,unless setĀ  forth in an amendment to the declaration and such amendment is dulyrecorded. (1963, c. 685, s. 18; 1973, c. 734.)
