Ā§47A‑8.Ā  Use of common areas and facilities.

Each unit owner may use thecommon areas and facilities inĀ  accordance with the purpose for which they areintended, without hindering or encroaching upon the lawful rights of the otherunit owners. (1963, c. 685, s. 8.)
