§ 47C‑4‑109. Resales of units.

Except in the case of a sale where delivery of a public offeringstatement is required, or unless exempt under G.S. 47C‑4‑ 101(b), aunit owner shall furnish to a prospective purchaser before conveyance astatement setting forth the monthly common expense assessment and any otherfees payable by unit owners.
