§47‑108.10.  Validation of registration of plats upon probate inaccordance with § 47‑30.

The registration of all platswhich have prior to February 6, 1953, been admitted to registration uponprobate thereof, in accordance with the provisions of G.S. 47‑30 asamended by section 1 of Chapter 47 of the Session Laws of 1953, is herebyvalidated. (1953, c. 47, s. 2.)
