§ 53‑208.23.  Hearings;procedures.

Except as provided by G.S 53‑208.10(c),hearings conducted pursuant to this Article shall proceed in accordance withArticle 3A of Chapter 150B of the General Statutes. (2001‑443, s. 2.)
