§53‑29.  Hearing where objection made; appeal from order.

If objection shall be made tothe appointment of a new trustee, the clerk shall hear and determine thematter, and from his decision an appeal may be prosecuted as in case of specialproceedings generally. (1931, c. 250, s. 5.)
