§ 53‑376.  Unclaimedproperty.

All unclaimed propertyremaining with a State trust company voluntarily liquidated under theprovisions of this Subpart shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 116Bof the General Statutes. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
