§ 53‑404.  Rights andliabilities of conservator.

A conservator appointedpursuant to the provisions of this Subpart is subject to the provisions of G.S.53‑331 and to the penalties prescribed by G.S. 53‑129 and G.S. 53‑355.(2001‑263,s. 1.)
