§54‑143.1.  Franchise taxes.

On and after July 1, 1955, theprovisions of Article 3, Subchapter I of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes ofNorth Carolina shall apply to an association or corporation organized under theprovisions of this Subchapter. (1955, c. 1313, s. 1.)
