§55‑9A‑08.  Construction.

The provisions of this Articleshall apply notwithstanding any provisions of Article 7 of this Chapter and inthe event of any conflict between this Article and Article 7, the provisions ofthis Article shall control. (1989, c. 265, s. 1.)
