Part 1A. Conversion of LimitedLiability Company.

§ 57C‑9A‑10. Conversion.

A domestic limited liabilitycompany may convert to a different business entity if:

(1) The conversion ispermitted by the laws of the state or country governing the organization andinternal affairs of such other business entity; and

(2) The convertingdomestic limited liability company complies with the requirements of this Partand, to the extent applicable, the laws referred to in subdivision (1) of thissection. (2001‑387,s. 96.)
