Local Government RiskPools.

§ 58‑23‑1.  Shorttitle; definition.

This Article shall be knownand may be cited as the Local Government Risk Pool Act. As used in thisArticle, "local government" means any county, city, or housingauthority located in this State. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c.1027, s. 26; 1987, c. 864, s. 30.)
