§ 58‑3‑240. Direct access to pediatrician for minors.

Each insurer offering a healthbenefit plan that uses a network of contracting health care providers shallallow an insured to choose a contracting pediatrician in the network as theprimary care provider for the insured's children under the age of 18 andcovered under the policy. (2001‑446, s. 1.4.)
