§59‑405.  Voting.

The partnership agreement maygrant to all or certain identified general partners the right to vote (on a percapita or any other basis), separately or with all or any class of the limitedpartners, on any matter. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 989, s. 2.)
