§ 66‑181.  Usage oftrade.

The terms "utility"and "industrial," when used to refer to equipment, implements,machinery, attachments, or repair parts, shall have the meaning commonly usedand understood among dealers and suppliers of farm equipment as a usage oftrade in accordance with G.S. 25‑1‑303(c).
