§ 66‑316.  Constructionand application.

This Article must be construedand applied:

(1) To facilitateelectronic transactions consistent with other applicable law;

(2) To be consistentwith reasonable practices concerning electronic transactions and with thecontinued expansion of those practices; and

(3) To effectuate itsgeneral purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this actamong states enacting it. (2000‑152, s. 1.)
