Ā§66‑83.Ā  Restraining or enjoining illegal act.

Upon complaint of any personthe superior court shall haveĀ  jurisdiction to restrain and enjoin any actforbidden or declared illegal by any provisions of this Article. (1957,c. 1058, s. 8.)
