§66‑87.  Injunctions.

Upon complaint by theDepartment of Health and Human Services, the superior court shall havejurisdiction to enjoin any sale or offer of sale which is in violation of theprovisions of this Article. (1957, c. 1241, s. 3; 1973,c. 476, s. 128; 1997‑443, s. 11A.118(a).)
