§ 77‑105.  Expenses ofmembers.

Members of the AdvisoryCommittee shall receive no salary or per diem as a result of service on theAdvisory Committee but shall receive necessary subsistence and travel expensesin accordance with the provisions of G.S. 120‑3.1, 138‑5, and 138‑6,as applicable. (2002‑177,s. 1.)
