§ 88B‑10.1.  (EffectiveJuly 1, 2010) Qualifications for licensing natural hair care specialists.

The Board shall issue alicense to practice as a natural hair care specialist to any individual whomeets all of the following requirements:

(1) Successful completionof at least 300 hours of a natural hair care curriculum in an approved cosmeticart school.

(2) Passage of anexamination conducted by the Board.

(3) Payment of the feesrequired by G.S. 88B‑20.  (2009‑521, s. 2.)
