Ā§89E‑8.Ā  Applications.

An application for licensingas a geologist shall be made under oath, shall show the applicant's educationand a summary of hisĀ  geological work, plus other relevant criteria to bedetermined by theĀ  Board. The Board shall have the power to determine areasonable application fee which shall accompany each application. (1983(Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1074, s. 1.)
