§89F‑9.  Applications.

An application for a licenseas a soil scientist shall be made under oath, shall show the applicant'seducation and a summary of the applicant's professional work experience as asoil scientist, and shall show any other relevant criteria as determined by theBoard. (1995, c. 414, s. 1.)
