§ 90‑85.13. Approval of schools and colleges of pharmacy.

The Board shall approve schools and colleges of pharmacy upon a findingthat students successfully completing the course of study offered by the schoolor college can reasonably be expected to practice pharmacy safely and properly.(1981 (Reg. Sess., 1982),c. 1188, s. 1.)
