§93A‑43.  Partition.

When a time share is owned bytwo or more persons as tenants in common or as joint tenants either may seek apartition by sale of that interest but no purchaser of a time share maymaintain an action for partition by sale or in kind of the unit in which suchtime share is held. (1983, c. 814, s. 1.)
