Ā§93A‑51.Ā Rule‑making authority.
The Commission shall have theauthority to adopt rules andĀ regulations that are not inconsistent with theprovisions of this Article and the General Statutes of North Carolina. TheCommission may prescribe forms and procedures for submitting information to theCommission. (1983, c. 814, s. 1.)
