§97‑65.  Reduction of rate where tuberculosis develops.

In case of disablement ordeath due primarily from silicosis and/or asbestosis and complicated withtuberculosis of the lungs compensation shall be payable as hereinbeforeprovided, except that the rate of payments may be reduced one sixth. (1935,c. 123.)
