109.150 Acquisition of property by waste management district. The waste management district may acquire by bequest, gift, grant or purchase such real <br>and personal property or any interest therein as may be necessary to accomplish its <br>purposes. Title to all property acquired by the waste management district shall be vested <br>solely in the name of the district. With the approval of the department the waste <br>management district may apply for and receive funds available under federal legislation <br>such as grants and loans for the purpose of improving solid waste management.
