<br><br>11.060 Governor's General Cabinet. <br>(1) The heads of the constitutional and statutory administrative departments and <br>program cabinet secretaries enumerated in KRS 12.020 shall constitute the <br>Governor's General Cabinet, which shall meet upon the call of the Governor. The <br>Governor shall be the chairman and the Governor's private secretary shall serve as <br>secretary of the General Cabinet. The General Cabinet shall be attached to the <br>Office of the Governor and shall not constitute a separate department or agency of <br>the state. <br>(2) The cabinet shall consider such matters involving general administrative policies <br>and procedure, relations between departments and other agencies and desirable <br>measures of cooperation between departments and other agencies, as the Governor <br>or any member may place before it; shall advise and consult with the Governor at <br>his request on all matters affecting the welfare of the state and relating to the several <br>departments, program cabinets and other agencies. <br>History: Amended 1974 Ky.
