An agency that is directed by statute to adopt a code of ethics shall be exempt from KRS <br>Chapter 11A upon the effective date of an Act of the General Assembly creating the <br>agency's code of ethics or upon the effective date of an administrative regulation that <br>creates the agency's code of ethics.
