119.235 Alteration, suppression, or destruction of stub book, return, or certificate of election. Any person who willfully alters, obliterates, secretes, suppresses or destroys a stub book, <br>return or certificate of election, and any officer who makes, aids in making or authorizes <br>the making of any false or fraudulent stub book, certificate of election or election return, <br>shall be guilty of a Class D felony.
