<br><br>13A.160 Notice of hearing to compiler when hearing is required before filing of <br>administrative regulations -- Publication. <br>When a statute requires that a hearing be held before an administrative regulation is filed <br>with the Commission the administrative body shall, in addition to the notice required in <br>the statute, notify the administrative regulations compiler not less than forty-five (45) <br>days prior to the date of the hearing of the time, date, place, and subject of the hearing <br>and the administrative regulations compiler shall place the notice in the Administrative <br>Register. <br>Effective: April 13, 1984 <br>History: Created 1984 Ky.
